This Vitruvian Metahuman was originally created by myself using Maxon Zbrush, Autodesk Maya, and Adobe Substance 3D painter and was brought to life by Gabriella Krousaniotakis with the Epic Games Unreal Engine 5 Mesh to Meta plugin. 
In this collaboration, I sculpted the original head mesh from scratch along with the metahuman body morph and all of Enzo's textures.
The Vitruvian Sculpture was also done by myself sculpted manually in ZBrush respecting proper proportions and human anatomy. We imported the high res sculpt using Nanite to maintain all sculpted details.
Feeding_Wolves performed all of the body and facial performance, the cinematics, and lighting entirely in Unreal. I gave art direction and the lighting and look and feel.
I created the original character for the course I am teaching at CG Circuit.
